Education

Games and Entertainment Technology Bachelor's Degree

2021 - 2024

Nord University, Levanger, Norway

I have had courses on C#, game design, systems, web and database development, audio engineering, implementation, and middleware, 3D modelling, animation, publishing and professionalism. I also coordinated a team of 5 people to pitch and develop a game in my first semester. By the end of the course I would have been a part of 6 full game projects: each semester I work with a new team pitching and creating a unique game.

International Baccalaureate

Rivers International, Arnhem, The Netherlands

IB is an internationally recognized diploma programme, effectivley a “university preparation program”. It fostered an open-minded, culturally-aware and critical-thinking mindset in me. • Testimonials

    Marija Padovan

    Artist

Aedan is such a great colleague, always willing to help and collaborate! I worked with Aedan in the same team during our 3D programming module last semester where I, as an artist, needed to be more programming oriented to produce something of a value. He was always there when I had some bugs in my code and when Unity wasn't able to run my scripts. Aedan is such a Problem Solver Soul! Also, he is really open to socialise outside school too. Happy to work with him anytime.

    Bastian Engø

    Game Designer

Aedan is fantastic to work with as he always thinks ahead and takes initiative on tasks to ensure we have a good production flow. Also easy to talk with and a joy to be around!

    Benjamin Berg

    Systems Programmer

I have worked with Aedan on at least 3 projects during our studies, and I must say he is a complete joy to work with, he is an amazing UI artist and does most of the UI work on our projects. However, he possesses many more skills proven to be useful in Game Development. I would say he is more of a jack of all trades, not only is he a great artist, but he is also capable of handling logic and programming, and has also done a lot of programming work in the projects as well.

    Sunniva Johnsen-Bjørhusdal

    Programmer

Aedan was the team lead for our first game project. He was a workhorse, always coming in first and leaving last, spending long hours during weekends and holidays to get our project ahead. He also took responsibility for submitting the game to the Norwegian Game Awards, and even came to my apartment personally to get me when I overslept for one of the NGA days. He was a driven and dedicated lead, kept great personal communication with every member, and ensured the product was something we could be proud of.
